This is how I see the world!

Nothing you read here is meant to come from some sort of “I-know-it-all super blogger.”
I’m not even sure I can call myself a true traveller, certainly not in the sense of writers such as John Irving or, more recently, William Dalrymple, who belong to different times and different worlds. And I won’t bore you with the many authors who, for years, have accompanied me on my imaginary journeys.
I’ll write about my own modest travels, with a backpack on my shoulders and, at most, a carry-on bag. They are simply the result of my own experiences.
Rather than being a tourist information point, this will be a collection of observations about the places that have mesmerised me, and stories about the encounters that made me fall in love.

I’ll tell you about Taty, forever searching for new loves — loves that take the shape of places.
Places whose history sometimes hides beneath their present-day, faded charm. Places filled with people of different cultures and backgrounds. Chaotic, modern cities. Desolate corners where something unexpected catches your curiosity. Untouched paradises. And extraordinary people who have enriched my life.
It’s difficult to imagine how these posts will unfold, or, above all, how long it will take me to write them. But one thing is certain: they will be stories about experiences that have moved me deeply. This is how I see the world.
And if, somewhere along the way, something I’ve written makes you want to ask me for more information, you’ll always be welcome.
