Why Visit Trogir?
Trogir is more than just a town; it is a journey through time. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997, this little gem sits on a small island connected to the mainland by a bridge and is known for its historic architecture, cobbled streets and picturesque corners.
Every alleyway hides a story; every building tells of centuries of art and culture.
What to See in Trogir?
The Cathedral of St Lawrence
One of Trogir’s most iconic buildings is this Romanesque-Gothic cathedral, famous for its magnificent portal carved by Master Radovan — a masterpiece filled with extraordinary details depicting medieval life and religion.
Climb the bell tower and you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views over the town and the surrounding sea.
Kamerlengo Fortress
This imposing fortress stands just a short walk from the historic centre, overlooking the harbour. As well as being a perfect spot for panoramic photographs, it hosts events and concerts during the summer.
